Special thanks also to staff on Ward 50, Walsgrave Hospital; Lucy Dean Dialysis Unit, George Eliot Hospital; all the carers who looked after him at home, for their care and kindness over his long illness. Special thanks to Myton Hospice for their compassion and kindness to Alan during his final days.
